In order to ensure high levels of quality, on-time production with regular delivery and also effective management, we have streamlined our manufacturing process by introducing semi-automatic production lines. Our lines consist of various machines such as – seam welding, coating and offset printing, oven, heavy duty presses and so on.
We believe in keeping our manufacturing processes and capabilities in-house as this permits us to be more flexible in our operations and facilitates effective inter-departmental communication. Our machines are imported from world-renowned manufacturers and all our products are equipped with seam side coating, which is more reliable than the regular epoxy side strip. Lastly, important steps as coating and offset printing are also done with extreme care with both of them adhering to environmental standards to ensure that our products are safe and user friendly.
